Who we are

This website, kalvyren.com, is run by Kalvyren, founded by George Hagan in Ghana. This policy covers this website only. Each Kalvyren product has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We store your message securely in our database, hosted by Supabase, so we can read and reply to it, and we may also receive a copy by email through our email provider, Resend. We use these details only to reply to you.

When you browse: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics such as page views, referring sites and country, through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

When you play a video: product videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your information, use advertising trackers or add you to mailing lists without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing hello@kalvyren.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
